Nice guitar!  The guitar is very reflective...

Nicholas Ioannou has a 3 year waiting list.  His recent models sell for 9,000 Euros or well over $13,500

Playing his latest guitar, it was immediately apparent that this guitar was the same.  He is a very consistent builder.

And a great one!  :-)

Playability This is more a professional's instrument.  It is not too high, but there may be room to lower it.  I wouldn't.  It's set up (by Nicholas himself back in Feb. 08) to maximize the soundboard's power and projection.  It does not disappoint!
Intonation Perfect.
Sound Anything you want...soft, sweet, punch, tasty, deep.  This guitar is very powerful in every regard.
Projection Extremely powerful
Class of guitar Master Concert instrument
Comments

This guitar is simply gorgeous in terms of sound, projection and sustain.  Nicholas is certainly one of the finest builders you may ever come across.  At 21 years old and in the hands of a concert player its entire life, she has seen slight playing wear, but it is also aged perfectly.  The guitar would seem to be tuned to G.  The G string has incredible sustain along the entire fret-board.  Actually, the whole guitar has incredible ringing and lyrical trebles.  The back needs to be French polished as it is worn on the larger bout area from play time.  There are numerous little finish dings on the top.  One string ding dug a little deeper under the high E string.  There is nothing wrong with this guitar structurally, no cracks, really nothing at all except that it has a lot of play time on it.  Regarding a Master Grade Spruce Top...this is exactly what you want regarding aging, mellowing and pure balance of sound.  This guitar has all of that and more.
