Every care will be taken with every instrument as if they are my own and every customer as if they are my family. The service that I have provided for my sheet music business will be the same in every way for my classical guitar customers. Coming to my studio will be like coming to a friend's home. First Class treatment the whole way. Coffee, drinks, (no snacks....greasy hands is a no good for guitar! :-), and even pick-up service from and to the Bay Shore train station to my studio. My clients have had lunch and/or dinner with me many times. I can also arrange for Taxi service if you wish. Bay Shore is 1 hour on the LIRR from Penn Station. We are also 10 miles from Long Island MacArthur Airport.

Heck, bring your bathing suit and go for a swim in the pool or chill out in the Jacuzzi with a beer or Pina Colada and we'll talk guitars and music. The deal with me is quite simple...I'm a stress free kind of guy. Easy-going, laid back, a drink in one hand, a smoke in the other, I like nothing more than to sit in peace and quiet, play a bit of free flowing guitar music, have a great laugh with friends, be intense and focused when I need to be and mostly, just be way cool. As a result, I do business the same way. Saying that...

The point is that I care for my guitars and I will care for you and your needs. First and foremost is that I'm looking for the guitar that you're looking for ....the one that talks to you...the one that says, "take me...I'm yours".

The guitars that I'm selling get the same care that my personal instruments receive...actually...better if that's at all possible.. My studio and storage area are fully humidified and air controlled. I've installed humidifiers, and numerous hygrometers so that at a glance, I can tell my average humidity. I maintain a minimum of 40% and maximum 60% Relative Humidity. Guitars are usually kept in their cases at ALL times, unless I'm playing them...LOL. I have no problem taking them to master luthiers for excellent repairs. I take care of all setups or adjustments as required. I work hard to get a guitar to intonate as well as is possible while keeping action reasonably low.

Please understand that Prices may reflect my work, my time and the care that I use to care for and to package your guitar. PayPal and Credit Card fees have to be considered as do shipping fees. I will be primarily using Federal Express for US and Canadian Deliveries. International Deliveries will receive the same care. Please see my specifications on box creation, box support and other issues designed to protect your investment while being shipped. This is very important...you should read it. :-)

Note that I would rather you come to my studio and walk out with your guitar.

Warranty & Guarantees

All Guitars carry a minimum 1 year warranty from the Luthier

Some carry a lifetime warranty - the listed guitar will state this clearly

All warranties are non-transferable. Warranties include anything to do with normal wear excepting serviceable parts, such as strings, tuning gears, frets., but does not include finish wear (see below for maintenance), or any issue due to neglect or accident. It does not include issues associated with excessive wear or storage conditions, including high or low humidity and/or temperature issues.

Warranty issues will come thru me and Savage Classical Guitar, where I will handle issues with inspection, communication and resolution with the luthier.

Used Guitars will not have a warranty of any kind.

Guitars, as in any musical instrument, need regular maintenance. Please care for and maintain your guitar as this will help any and all warranty issues.

RETURN POLICY FOR ALL GUITARS

Every guitar has a 3 day return policy regarding Internet Transactions

where the buyer must pay my shipping cost and the return cost

(fully insured)

There is also a 5% or minimum $50.00 re-stocking fee for all returned guitars.

This is really a "what it took me to get it out the door and in to your hands" fee

This return policy is non-negotiable as are the shipping AND re-stocking fees.

Purchases made thru my studio (in person) are not returnable.

Charges will also be applicable regarding

Any damage sustained, finish-wise or otherwise.

Monies will be refunded, minus any applicable charges or discussed fees,

after sufficient examination and evaluation of the returned instrument.

Please do not purchase if you do not agree with the above terms.

Do not attempt to negotiate any of these terms.

This is a non-starter issue as nothing stated here is negotiable.

I prefer that you come to the studio to inspect, play and appreciate your new guitar.

Recording Setup and Sound files

Sound files are attached within each guitar's dedicated page.

The only change to the sound files is to add some reverb as the recordings can be dry

and to take out 1db of Noise via Noise reduction filters.

The setup for recording is fairly simple.

High end PC with a dedicated Audiophile Midi Recording Soundcard,

tons of memory and hard disk space, an M-Audio Buddy Pre-Amp,

into either a Shure Prologue 16L or an AKG C1000S microphone or both.

The software used for the track recording is Cool Edit Pro or Cool Edit 2000.

Convert to a higher bit rate MP3, save and upload to the web server.

Simple...sweet!!! :-)
