A Simple Service Statement

Our rules are simple: Superior Everything
Paper - High quality, Heavy weight 67 lb. white or cream-colored Hammermill™ Cover Stock Paper. This is very thick acid-free high-opacity paper with minimal show-through. It is typically 2 to 2.5 times as thick as the paper used in any of your regular music books. The music looks fabulous on this absolutely beautiful and durable paper.
Printing - We are now using upgraded, commercial duplex printers for our final printing. The engravings look amazing!!! The music is printed large for easy reading and inserting notes for those that work with professional teachers & coaches. The books are printed taking page turns into full consideration, numbered & indexed pages.
Covers - Our book publication covers are printed using heavy 90 or 110 lb. manuscript papers that are additionally laminated, front and back, increasing the overall strength and longevity of the books.
Binding - The music is bound using Cerlox comb binding, which allows for immediate easy opening, staying perfectly flat on your music stand, and easing any stress to the book or the pages as normally associated with glued or sewn books. These books are very easy to work with, a real pleasure to read and should last forever.
Communication - Email is always up. We pride ourselves on excellent communications. We get back to you in minutes or hours at the most. You always know where your order stands with us.
Shipping - Immediate or next business day at the latest. (Whoever heard of waiting 7 to 14 days before your music is even packaged and shipped???). I ordered a book from an unnamed publisher once that took 3 months to get to me!!! You gotta be kidding me... Media Mail shipping/handling to the 50 US is our default shipping method. Priority Mail Service is an additional cost, as is Air Mail Post/Global Priority when sent to any International address.
Packing - The Music is first inserted into a stiff shipping envelope, then a manila envelope, and then finally it all goes into a Tyvek water resistant Envelope with some cardboard for good measure. Great care is taken with your music and its delivery to you. Overkill? Why not? Besides, Richard would not tolerate anything less. "Always make everyone happy. Always!"
Customer Service - Richard personally oversees the business side of our company. He is tough and an absolute perfectionist.
