Let me be helpful in 2 major issues about coming
to my studio: 1. I am
South of Montauk Highway,
which is also known as Main Street and/or Rte 27A
2. Sunrise Hwy (Rte 27) is NOT Montauk
Hwy (Rte 27A). Montauk Hwy is about 1.5
to 2 miles South of Sunrise Hwy.

Sunrise
Highway - Route 27
From wherever you are coming, take
Sunrise Hwy to Exit 44
- Brentwood Rd (South) heading towards Bay Shore.
Cross the RR tracks, 2 lights, you should be at
27A (Montauk Hwy.)
Make a Right (heading West)
One block on your left is South Penataquit Ave. (Burger King is on the
Right corner)
Make a left. You are now pointing SOUTH towards the water.
You MUST be
SOUTH of Montauk Hwy.
Anything else is plain
wrong ... turn around and go SOUTH!
You will pass one STOP Sign, where that cross street is called
First Court.
My home is between First
Court and South Court
on South Penataquit Ave.
You can use either of those
streets as a cross street to be absolutely sure you are in the correct
area.
Head down a little more ...about 6 or 7 houses to my home on the left.
93 South Penataquit Ave.

Southern
State Parkway - coming from the East or from the Belt Parkway
- Take Exit 42S (Fifth Ave
South) towards Bay Shore
- Off
the highway exit, make a quick left...be careful!
- At the
light, make a Right, heading South. (Gas Station on the corner)
- You
are now on Fifth Ave heading South
- You will cross over
Rte 27, which is
Sunrise Highway.
NOTE that 27 is NOT
27A, which is what you
are shooting for...
- You
will travel a couple of miles South over RR tracks.
- 2 more traffic lights
will bring you to
27A also known as Montauk Hwy.
- Make a
left heading East and travel for 1.5 miles thru Bay Shore Village (pretty)
- Once
you pass the Hospital on your left you will see a Burger King.
- That
street is South Penataquit Ave. Make a Right heading South.

East or the West
- Take
to Exit 53 - Sagtikos Parkway South
- Take
the Sagtikos for a few miles to a Left Merge on the Southern State Parkway
heading East - Exit S4 East
- Take
the first exit - Exit 42 South - Fifth Ave. South towards Bay Shore
- Off
the highway exit, make a quick left...be careful!
- At the
light, make a Right, heading South. (Gas Station on the corner)
- You
