First thing you’ll notice is that everywhere on my site, including here, I use the word “I” in my sentences.  I am not trying to distance myself or remove myself from our business together.  I take all of what I do personally.  I take my business personally.  I take my relationship with you personally.  It is my job to let you know that you are safe when you interact with my web site and my shopping carts and the checkout process.  It is my job to administrate this process, to look at alternatives, and to be vigilant in all aspects of my on-line commerce, business and your interactions with me and my business.  Spend the time and the money on quality, insure the process and insure my clients and the goods they purchase from me.  I can’t say it any clearer.  This matters to me because you, the customer, the client, are the lifeblood of my business.  I’m happy when you are happy.  Period.

A REAL Person (one person, actually, me, the owner, Rich Sayage) reviews each and every order – no robots or automated machines here. If I see something that’s unclear, I will contact you directly.  I control all aspects of communication, in general.  When you get an email from Savage Classical Guitar, you are getting that email from me.

Additionally, talking of guitars, I do everything in my power to ensure that all of my guitars arrive safely. We take extra care in packing every instrument that goes out our door.  We provide you with a tracking number so you can see in real time where your guitar is and where it is going. In the unlikely event that there is ever an issue with a delivery it is covered! ALL of our shipments are fully insured in every way possible.

Back to on-line security, PayPal Credit Card Services and TransFirst (TSYS) both, act as my credit card (cc) processor.  They have both been a great partner in the last decade, where I have had zero issue with them.  Saying that, there are a few things to know:

  • Please remember that PayPal or TSYS DO NOT share your credit or bank information with sellers, such as myself.
  • I will not ever ask for a credit card number or any other information.
  • You should NEVER give yours to anyone you do not trust.
  • You do not have to give me your address as everything is handled by PayPal and TSYS.
  • Bear in mind that I am only concerned with delivering your merchandise to you quickly & safely.
  • I am PayPal verified. My business address and Bank information are on file with PayPal and TSYS
  • My record of service to every single customer and the quality of the music is of paramount importance.
  • The PayPal account will correctly state “Pay To: rsayage1@savageclassical.com or sales@savageclassical.com”.
  • Your bill will state “PayPal * SCGT RSAYAGE” and the exact amount that you authorized.
