This Privacy Policy governs the privacy policies and practices of our Website, located at savageclassical.com. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully as it will help you make informed decisions about sharing your personal information with us.

I will state this categorically.  I do not use any of your information that you provide in any other way than to contact you, confirm appointment, and or satisfy an order that you may have placed with Savage Classical Guitar.  I take privacy issues seriously.  This is not legalese.  This is me telling you, I will not use, sell, provide or share your personal data with any person or corporation.

I specifically tell my clients to not give out their Credit Card information, to me or anyone else.  Use the website to maintain your privacy.  My Credit Card processors use high level encryption to protect your financial data, which is NOT shared with me.

As far as any personal information otherwise provided, it is used only to inform you of confirmation of your order, tracking information from various mail providers, and or to contact you with any issues specifically regarding your order, including fulfillment issues, mailing issues, etc.

We may use third party tracking tools to improve the performance and features of our Website. However, you understand that such tools are created and managed by parties outside our control. As such, we are not responsible for what information is actually captured by such third parties or how such third parties use and protect that information.  Outside of the above language, I believe that I have removed all tracking tools from my site.  I am not an expert in website programming, thus I cannot always be certain, but I will state it again, I believe that I have removed all tracking tools, including Google tools, from my site.  I do not advertise on the web, I do not use Google Ads, or any other web provider ads of any kind.  This to protect you, my clientele, from any possible attack from the outside.

Log Information

We automatically receive information from your web browser or mobile device. This information includes the name of the website from which you entered our Website, if any, as well as the name of the website to which you’re headed when you leave our website. This information also includes the IP address of your computer/proxy server that you use to access the Internet, your Internet Website provider name, web browser type, type of mobile device, and computer operating system. We use all of this information to analyze trends among our Users to help improve our Website.
