The guitar has just arrived. This instrument is another magnificent example of German Double Top construction. There is no doubt, this is a great guitar. I found her voice very pleasing, mellowed already, but with extraordinary power and a singing voice to match. The D and A string have a distinct growl when pushed a bit. I could feel her activity just holding and talking around the guitar. She’s vibrating in my hands! Scary, in a most good way. The guitar comes with a custom Karura HSC, which is another $1000+ value. I’ve listed this guitar at a discounted price to sell.
There are a few slight nail marks on the top, in and around the rosette. Thumb side, under the strings and i-m-a side as well. Nothing of consequence, where they are tough to see from a foot away. The back and sides are in very nice shape as I’ve buffed and polished them personally.
She’s very clearly voiced, highly responsive, able to color and warm her up immediately. Lovely guitar

Listening with high quality headphones or audio equipment is highly recommended including EQ manipulation, if possible. We record everything flat with just a touch of Reverb to relieve dryness. My goal is to record the guitar as realistically as is possible. I speak in the recordings, my thoughts about the guitar (and possibly other things?). My speaking also serves to give you my first impressions and to also give you a balance of the engineering (or lack thereof) versus the sound of the guitar.
