Please Note that this guitar was built for a Left Handed Player, bridge, saddle, etc.  The fretboard is extended appropriately for the left-handed player.  There is no converting this guitar to a Right Handed Orientation, in my professional opinion.

The guitar is essentially brand new.  It came from the Luthier Music Group and Tony Acosta, who then gifted them to the New York Guitar Seminar.  It has never been owned nor played.  Essentially, it is a brand new guitar.  I can find no evidence of play wear of any kind.

I also cannot play this guitar.  I am ambidextrous in most things, but left handed guitars are WAY out of my wheelhouse.  No other way to say it.

I had written to John asking about the woods of this guitar, where he confirmed the Brazilian RW.  Anywhere that it is written saying otherwise (Tasmanian Myrtle), including photos (which were incorrectly titled) is incorrect.  Apologies for the confusion, my confusion.  LOL

John Price builds a superb classical guitar with a musical voice, power and resonance.  The guitar is very active, bold, forceful and clear in all registers.  These are beautiful guitars!  She is a resonant beast, if I could actually play it, which I cannot LOL

Media

Listening with high quality headphones or audio equipment is highly recommended including EQ manipulation, if possible. We record everything flat with just a touch of Reverb to relieve dryness. My goal is to record the guitar as realistically as is possible. I speak in the recordings, my thoughts about the guitar (and possibly other things?).  My speaking also serves to give you my first impressions and to also give you a balance of the engineering (or lack thereof) versus the sound of the guitar.  I simply do not have time to engineer much of anything.  Thanks. MP3 Audio – Coming Soon!  – seriously clear as I mention in the recording.  This is a Cedar guitar with Australina Lattice, no doubt.  The basses are deep, thus need to be controlled.  The trebles truly sing while the mids push beautifully.  She sounds as pretty as she looks, and believe me, the guitar is gorgeous.  Brazilian tends to do that.  Yes sir!
