Comments:
The guitar is sublimely beautiful, as I would expect from a master such as Larry Breslin. Her voice is a bit dark, clear and quite forceful with a tinge of bells due more than likely to the gorgeous EIRW that Larry chose for this guitar. I played her effortlessly, with her sound becoming bigger, fatter and clearer as the time went by, wholly enjoyable!
I enjoyed playing this guitar quite a bit. Larry moved from the Colorado area years ago, moving to the Palm Coast area of Florida. Him and I discussed this move, his excitement and the land he chose. I remember that he built his workshop separately from his home mostly on his own. That 5 year journey has now culminated in him sending me a truly fine instrument, with a voice and play that I can admire, one that I could play all day.
The guitar is also fitted with exquisite EIRW and premium Rubner machines.

Listening with high quality headphones or audio equipment is highly recommended including EQ manipulation, if possible. We record everything flat with just a touch of Reverb to relieve dryness. My goal is to record the guitar as realistically as is possible. I speak in the recordings, my thoughts about the guitar (and possibly other things?). My speaking also serves to give you my first impressions and to also give you a balance of the engineering (or lack thereof) versus the sound of the guitar. I simply do not have time to engineer much of anything. Thanks. Rich
MP3 Audio – 190415-2018 Larry Breslin Redwood EIRW DT – a guitar by Larry is always a great experience. This is no exception, with power and voice. Easily played, setup perfectly, you can simply rip through this guitar, worrying only about making music. The Double Top is enhanced by the ports, with excellent power. She can be played softly, intimately, as demonstrated in the accompanying MP3. A great guitar.
