I have much to write about regarding Danilo, aside from the many other luthiers of Italy, many of whom I know and some who will be new to the gallery. Danilo is a new luthier to the gallery, a wonderful man, talented beyond comprehension. Such an honor for me to introduce men and women of the earth who take such pride in their work.
Danilo is a true artisan, rightfully proud of his work. The guitar is magnificent as you will see in the photographs. It will be a pleasure to record this masterful guitar.
7 Fan Traditional Bracing, a little mass added to the center of the guitar, clean, wonderful build as you would expect from someone trained and apprenticed with Lorenzo Lippi! One of my favorite luthiers from the world of Italian Instrument Makers. Danilo is a wonderful young man and most talented luthier. The recording session cracked me up, how good the guitar presents.

Listening with high quality headphones or audio equipment is highly recommended including EQ manipulation, if possible. We record everything flat with just a touch of Reverb to relieve dryness. My goal is to record the guitar as realistically as is possible. I speak in the recordings, my thoughts about the guitar (and possibly other things?). My speaking also serves to give you my first impressions and to also give you a balance of the engineering (or lack thereof) versus the sound of the guitar. I simply do not have time to engineer much of anything. Thanks. Rich

I will work on Video for this guitar once I am done with other commitments to guitars that people have trusted me to offer for them. I feel that is the right thing to do. I am far behind and that is on me! Health issue or otherwise, no matter. I needed to get it done and I did not. That ends now, regardless. The audio above will hopefully help a bit to hear the guitar live, getting a sense of it since I do zero engineering on the recordings except to add a 5% reverb to relieve dryness within the recording. No editing, nothing. I mess up, you hear it! It’s as real as it gets! LOL
