Michel Brück Classical Guitar #167 2012 Spruce EIRW DT
The guitar has just arrived. A magnificent example of German Double Top construction. I will write more when I do a full inspection, internals, etc and record, but there is no doubt, this is a magnificent guitar. Extraordinary power with a voice to match. I could feel her activity just holding and talking around the guitar. She’s vibrating in my hands! Scary, in a most good way.
There are a few nail marks on the top, in and around the rosette. Thumb side and i-m-a side as well. Also some very slight string rash behind the bridge. Nothing of consequence and tough to see from a foot away. The back and sides are in very nice shape.
Listening with high quality headphones or audio equipment is highly recommended
MP3 Audio – 170305a-michel-bruck-2012-167 – having some fun with some new sketch work, another sketch, and some Bach. Laughing the whole time, the guitar is incredible. Powerful, forceful, sweet and lyrical, an absolute dream to play a guitar like this.—————
